Since late March, the "Forest Worlds" exhibition at the Gasometer Oberhausen has been inviting visitors to discover the fascinating diversity of the world's forests. Featured in the experience are our audio guides and the audio tours we, at soundgarden, produced.
We created the children's tour, which includes an interactive quiz. The scripts for the adult tour were written by the Gasometer Oberhausen in collaboration with GEO and subsequently produced by us as an audio tour. GEO reporter, Dirk Steffens, once again provides the narration for the German-language adult tour.
The exhibition's predecessor, "Planet Ozean", demonstrated just how captivating the Gasometer's exhibitions are, reaching the one-million-visitor mark in just eleven months. It is all the more gratifying, then, that "Forest Worlds" is also proving so popular. And there is plenty to discover: large-format nature photography and fascinating exhibits, the 35-meter-high light installation "The Tree" set within the Gasometer's impressive open interior, and the Global Sunrise soundscape, which takes visitors on an acoustic journey through awakening forests across five continents.
